Marketing Project Management
Creative account management that gets your teams moving.
(While your competitors campaigns are stuck in “planning phase” hell)

The Challenge With Most Marketing Projects
Missed deadlines, confused stakeholders, campaigns launching half-finished because someone forgot to book the photographer three weeks ago.
Your brilliant strategy is worthless if you can’t execute it properly.
“But great account managers are so hard to find” I hear all the time from business owners. Well, sometimes that needle in the haystack can be found. I’m the freelance project manager who turns marketing mayhem into results.

Why Proper Project Management Changes Everything
Every project is different and can become a maze of challenges. With bad project management, a wrong turn can ruin everything and you can find yourself going around in circles. When it’s done right, marketing projects:
- Launch on time and on budget
- Keep everyone informed without drowning in updates
- Deliver results that match the original brief
- Make stakeholders feel confident instead of confused
- Free up your creative team to do what they do best
Time to find a guide to help you out of the maze?
Who I Work With
(And Why They Sleep Better at Night)
In-House Marketing Teams
You’ve got the strategy, the creative talent, and the budget. What you don’t have is time to manage every moving part while still being strategic. You need someone who can take the reins without taking over.
Growing Companies with Big Ambitions
Your marketing is getting more complex. Multiple campaigns, various stakeholders, tighter deadlines. You need professional project management before things spiral out of control.
Marketing + Design Agencies
Your client roster is growing faster than your team. You need experienced account management that can hit the ground running and make you look brilliant in the process.
Smart Business Owners Who Value Their Sanity
You don’t want to become a full-time project manager. You want to focus on growing your business while someone else handles the logistics that make campaigns happen.
What Makes Me Different As A Project Manager
I Think Like a Marketer First. I don’t just manage timelines – I understand what makes campaigns successful. Every deadline serves a purpose. Every stakeholder has a role. Every decision impacts results.
I Design Systems, Not Just Schedules. Your projects need repeatable processes that scale. I build frameworks that work for one campaign or fifty, keeping quality consistent as you grow.
I Become Part of Your Team. Whether you’re in-house or an agency, I integrate seamlessly. Your clients think I’m your employee. Your team thinks I’ve been there forever.
I Keep Everyone Happy (Including You). Stakeholders get the communication they need. Teams get the clarity they crave. Budgets stay on track. Deadlines get met. Everyone wins.

My Approach
Every project is different, but chaos doesn’t have to be inevitable. While each campaign has its unique hurdles and requirements, I apply the same proven onboarding process that sets every project up for success from day one. From initial discovery through to crossing the finishing line at final handover, there’s a clear framework mapped out that keeps everything on track without stifling creativity or flexibility.

What does a Marketing Project Manager actually do?
I act as the bridge between your strategy and execution. My role is to take your marketing goals and break them down into actionable tasks, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables from start to finish. I ensure that projects like a website relaunch or a multi-channel campaign, stay on track, on budget, and are delivered to a professional standard.
We already have a small team; how do you fit in?
I’m designed to be a flexible extension of your business. I can work alongside your existing staff or external freelancers to provide the high-level oversight and coordination that is often missing in busy SMEs. I bring the structure and processes needed to help your team perform at their best, without you needing to manage every small detail yourself.
Which project management tools do you use?
I am experienced in most industry-standard project management tools, including Asana, Trello, Wrike and ClickUp. If you already have a preferred system, I can jump straight in. If you don’t have a project management tool yet, I can recommend and set up a simple, effective workspace that gives you full visibility of our progress without the complexity.
Can you manage my other external freelancers or agencies?
Yes. One of the biggest drains on a business owner’s time is ‘managing the managers.’ I can take over the day-to-day communication with your web developers, printers, or ad specialists. By acting as your single point of contact, I ensure everyone is aligned with your brand goals and that no information is lost in translation.
What are the benefits of project management for a small business?
The biggest benefit is consistency. Many SMEs suffer from ‘stop-start’ marketing because they get too busy to execute. I ensure your marketing momentum is maintained. By applying professional project management, we reduce waste, meet deadlines consistently, and allow you to step back from the ‘doing’ so you can focus on leading your business.
